About the Program

The Yess NBFC Young Bankers Program is a structured one-year hire-and-train initiative designed to transform young graduates into skilled banking professionals. The program blends classroom learning, real-world financial services exposure, and on-the-job training. Upon successful completion, candidates are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) / Manipal Academy of BFSI and are placed with Yess NBFC.

Job Summary

As a Young Banker, participants undergo intensive training to develop strong practical knowledge in banking operations, customer service, and sales. After successful completion of the program, candidates are appointed as Assistant Managers at Yess NBFC.

Program Structure

4 Months – Classroom Training: Banking fundamentals, financial products, operations, and customer service

3 Months – Internship: Hands-on learning at Yess NBFC branches/offices

5 Months – On-the-Job Training: Full-time role with continuous mentoring and performance exposure

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with banking services and daily transactions

Support branch teams in achieving business and sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
